Seems that the 10mph speed limit is still making big news at least at regional level. The BBC have covered news of a legal challenge to the controversial speed limit in March 2005. Friends of the Lake District report that the National Park Authority are not to enter discussions about reversing the speed limit. It is clear that the topic still stirs a lot of opinion in the region and beyond, what are your views?
