Deep in the heart of the Eden Valley, the castle is surrounded by 25 acres of parkland.
In the grounds are beautiful walks with a wide variety of rare breeds of sheep, goats, pheasants, hens, doves, ducks, geese and teals.
The castle is not currently open to the public and is situated in Appleby-in-Westmorland off the A66.
