Catbells is a relativley easy low lakeland fell south west of Keswick. It is situated on the shores of Derwent water. It is a superb short outing which most people should be capable of achieving. For a summit so low it affords spectacular views of Borrowdale, Causey Pike, Grasmoor and Skiddaw beyond Keswick.
