Upstairs is a cafe where you can enjoy one of the best hot choclates in Cumbria. However the main attraction is downstairs where the chocolate shop is. Kendal
Kendal is situated to the South of The Lake District, about 10 miles from Windermere and not far from junction 36 of the M6 motorway. This ancient town consists of a network of tiny cobbled streets and "ginnels" which are great fun to explore.
Rheged
This purpose built visitor attraction rest sympathetically with the landscape. Its design is such that main structure of the building sits beneath the ground in a huge earth bank, the roof is covered in grass. From a short distance it is difficult to make the building out.
