No. 15 is one of those unexpected gems which once discovered is likely to become an instant favourite. Worth coming to Penrith for especially. This wonderful place will appeal to those who pine for a little space to chill with relaxing contemporary music, freshly made food, newspapers to browse and very good bubbly attentive service. A refreshing mix of modern styling and subtle attention to detail are what this cafe is all about to me. Choose from comfy bean bags, leather sofas or regular seating, there are high chairs and toys for the kids, and a doggy bowl at the door.
The coffee is brilliant, proper barista made coffee of the highest standard. I am a total coffee snob and this place rocks! The cakes are both varied and tasty, fresh and reasonably priced.
