Discover Cumbria

Skelton Show is held on the third Saturday in August in the picturesque setting of Old Park, Hutton-in-the Forest near Penrith, Cumbria. It is a popular traditional Cumbrian Agricultural show with something for all the family.

I can thoroughly recommend this show if you enjoy absorbing the true spirit of farming and rural life in Cumbria. With an annual attendance of 10,000 it is the largest village show in Cumbria and a real showcase for the countryside.

See the large horticultural and industrial marquee and classes of cattle, sheep, horses, goats and dogs. With over 100 trade stands, a popular rural crafts tent, Cumbrian Food Hall, entertainment and food it has a reputation for being a great day out in the Country.
